What a beautiful, bright day in Battersea it is – the Eatupp kitchen is basked in sunlight and the blue sky  is reflecting off of our shiny worktops. Sunny days like these are perfect for a bit of exercise, but why would we spend what is set to be a glorious evening working up a sweat when we could have our feet up enjoying the summer weather? Get the sweat out the way and save the evening for relaxing with this week’s Whizz-by workout. Put aside 10 minutes during your lunch break to get down to it (put your back in to it) and get the heart rate up and the blood pumping.

This week’s Whizz-by workout is a leg workout and a half. It’s time to get our pins back in shape for shorts season:

30 seconds jog on the spot (warming up is important)
30 seconds squats (get those glutes fired up)
30 seconds jog on the spot

30 seconds front lunges
20 seconds rest
30 seconds front lunges
20 seconds rest

30 seconds squat jumps
20 seconds rest
30 seconds squat jumps
20 seconds rest

30 seconds jog on the spot
30 seconds squats
30 seconds jog on the spot

30 seconds march on the spot

DONE!

Takes you about 7 minutes and you’ll feel the burn for a little while, but the benefit lasts all day!
