– 5 x push ups

(Form a small triangle with your index fingers and thumbs.)

(Push up, then when you drop towards the floor, hold it for 5 seconds.)

– 5 x push ups with 5 second wait

(Exactly what you think it is – Hell. Do a push up then jump your legs in and push right up to jump up, then come back down in to your next push up.)

The whole thing should take you around 4 minutes and will give your shoulders, core and arms a great workout, as well as pushing your heart rate up and boosting your metabolism!
