What the heck: In the heart of Brixton, you can escape the big smoke this summer by heading to Brixton Beach Boulevard, an immersive beach experience in the form of a London rooftop transformed in to a 1980s Miami Beach. It opens this weekend for the summer, and will play host to a series of day and night parties, street food, immersive performance and delicious cocktails. What the heck: Along the 27 bus route between Clapham and Brixton, a magical event will take place this weekend. A collaboration between The King & Co, London Beer Lab and We Brought Beer will see a trail of craft beer tasting and events across South West London. Hosted between the three places, you can sample beers, (YES, FREE BEER!) enjoy live music and learn about food and beer pairings. Sound like a dream? Top up your oyster card and hit the 27 bus route this weekend.

What the heck: The Nest Collective’s Campfire Club is back! Gather round a campfire with friends and friends to be and enjoy the music and some sing-alongs, stories and other magical things. Accompanied by a fully stocked bar and wet-weather precautions, there’s no excuses not to go, and there’s really nothing better than a cosy campfire.

What the heck: Not another rooftop transformation! The rooftop of John Lewis on Oxford Street has been turned in to a home for blooming flowers and fresh herbs, and over the summer will play host to pop-up restaurants, a coffee shop, and many wholesome activities (rooftop yoga anyone?) all in the setting of a beautiful, vibrant garden.

What the heck: RED Market is back in Shoreditch, and will be bigger and better than ever. They always say that, but this time it is for real, because it might be the last one ever. Due to planning permissions granted and new projects underway, developments might be taking place which will prevent the RED market from happening ever again. 🙁 Thus, the theme this year is ‘Last Days of Shoreditch’ which will be explored through street food, performances, music and art work.

What the heck: Think Chelsea Flower Show but on a budget. If you haven’t got tickets or aren’t planning on getting ticket to the Show, then Chelsea in Bloom is the next best thing. With a variety of flower themed events happening in plenty of fun locations, you can enjoy the vibrant florals and the buzz across Chelsea. From markets to afternoon teas and everything garden-related in between, Chelsea in Bloom finishes up this weekend so make the most of it!

What the heck: A ‘real life incarnation of your favourite Sunday rag’, Sunday papers is an immersive version of your Sunday broadsheet material. Featuring talks from a variety of experts on a range of different fields from fashion to food. Banquet style Sunday roasts, coffees, cocktails and guided walks are all available upon request.

What the heck: The preferred alternative to the never-ending London Fashion Week, London Wine Week will see London flooded with finest wines and all things grape. With hundreds of bars participating across London, a wristband entitles the holder to a variety of events, wine tastings, pairings, dining experiences and discounts on premium wines. Grab a wristband and take on the role of Bacchus!
