We can’t quite believe it’s July already, let alone nearly August. Whilst the year flies past, we’re determined not to let your weekend slip past quite so quickly. It might be nearly August, but we’re still grasping on to Summer time and acting like it’s the middle of June, so we’ve picked a few sun, sand and summer-themed events and things to do for you this weekend.

What the heck: Not another urban beach! said no-one ever. Here in the Big Smoke, it’s sometimes nice to enjoy a little staycation at the weekend. Camden beach is absolutely perfect for that. The Roundhouse in Camden will have its terrace transformed with sand, deckchairs and fun events to bring that blissful beach vibe to London (complete with beach huts!) Camden beach will play host to a series of live music and events throughout the summer and this weekend you can even enjoy yoga on the beach!
