Wham-bam weekend plans! Yes it’s that time of week again when we remind you that it doesn’t all have to be doom and gloom and sought after breaks and coffee runs. The weekend is almost upon us and that means you need plans. We’ve got some for you. Ranked in no particular order:

1. Folkrooma Matata!Screen Shot 2016-04-20 at 14.51.03

What the heck: So this Friday, in the back room of Cafe 1001, you can relive your childhood to its fullest as the Folkroom Rotating Orchestra treat you to a night of Disney and Pixar music. What the heck: Many of us have thought about it, some have gone through with it with purpose and some of us have not, some got too drunk and ended up inked. Yes we’re talking about tattoos. If you’ve always thought about getting ink, but haven’t quite gotten your head round it, this weekend’s pop-up Projection Tattoo Parlour could help you make up your mind. Using a projector, tattoo artist James King will project images straight on to your skin so you can get the feel for it

5. The London Marathon

What the heck: It’s that time of year again where we all take to the streets to cheer on those braver than us, or indeed take to the streets in our running kit to challenge ourselves more than Screen Shot 2016-04-20 at 15.30.44most people do. That’s right, it’s London Marathon weekend! This Sunday, 26.2 miles will be run by the fastest and fittest on our little island, and whilst most of us will be watching in awe from the sidelines, we wish any Eatupp customers braving the London Marathon this weekend the best of luck. You can have a nice recovery meal on Monday on us.
Where the heck: London – seemingly everywhere – don’t try and get the tube/bus/bike/walk
When the heck: 10am , Sunday 24th April

And that’s the weekend sorted, as simply as that in a sneaky 5 minute break from reading emails and scrolling Twitter.

With lunch,
Eatupp
